Planning your stay at Keelanie is simple and stress-free. From selecting your dates to preparing for arrival, our management team is available to answer questions, offer guidance, and support you throughout every step of the process.

Use the booking calendar to select the dates you would like to reserve. Submitting a request allows management to review availability and the details of your proposed stay.
2. Share Your Plans
Provide your anticipated number of guests, the purpose of your stay, and any questions or special considerations you would like management to understand.
3. Receive Confirmation
Management will review the dates and reservation details before confirming the stay. No payment will be processed until the reservation request has been approved.
4. Prepare for the Island
Once confirmed, guests will receive the information needed to prepare for the island, including arrival guidance, property details, and any applicable recommendations for transportation or provisions.

Choose from pontoon, deck, and hybrid boats available for daily or multi-day rentals, allowing experienced boaters to spend their stay moving naturally between Keewaydin, Marco Island, Naples, the Ten Thousand Islands, and destinations throughout the surrounding waterways.
For extended stays, multi-day rentals may provide the freedom to keep a boat available at the residence’s private dock rather than arranging each outing individually.

How many guests can the residence accommodate?
The residence is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests across five bedrooms. Final occupancy remains subject to the terms of the confirmed reservation.
Can management help with activities and local recommendations?
Yes. Management can provide guidance regarding boating, fishing, wildlife experiences, nearby destinations, dining, and other ways to enjoy Keewaydin and the surrounding coast.
Am I charged when I submit my dates?
No. Submitting preferred dates is a reservation request. Payment is not processed until the stay has been reviewed and approved.
What is the minimum stay?
Keelanie is available for stays of seven nights or longer.
Are excursions and transportation included with the residence?
Unless specifically stated in your reservation agreement, transportation, charters, excursions, and third-party services are arranged separately and remain subject to availability.
Can we host a private gathering or celebration?
Any gathering or use beyond the registered overnight guests should be discussed with management and approved in advance.
